Welcome Back to School!
I am so excited to start a new school year with my students in Culinary Arts 1. This class is a lot of fun, but is a lot of work too. Students will be learning skills and cooking techniques that will last a life time. We will begin by going over kitchen safety, measuring, kitchen equipment, abbreviations and equivalents. Keep all of your class papers. They will be helpful when studying for the Safety Test. Students must pass the Safety Test with an 85% or better before they are allowed to cook.
