Hey everyone!! Hope you are all safe and well and ready to work from home. I just want to remind you all to check Google Classroom. Right now, there are two assignments posted: Home Cooking Assignment #2, and Culinary Online document which gives you several assignments to choose from. This week, you only need to choose one assignment besides your HCA#2. Then next week and the week after, you choose two assignments each week, and turn them in by Friday. Extra Credit Opportunity!!!

After the napkin folding demonstration in class, use paper to re-create the napkin folds demonstrated. Worth 2 points extra credit per napkin fold, up to 10 points extra credit max. You can include one napkin fold that you learned aside from the demonstration. Tell me the name of the napkin fold, and where you learned it. Make sure your name is on all napkin folds. Due by next class!!

Periods 4, 5 & 6 - Your Country Food and Culture Project and Extra Credit food (if interested), will now be due on Tuesday 11/19/19. That is also the due date for your Home Cooking Assignment #3. Unless our schedule changes again, please plan on this due date for your project and Home Cooking Assignment.
