Buttercream Frosting
The last couple of days students have been busy making and decorating holiday cookies. I made the frosting for the students and so for those of you that asked about the recipe, here it is:
1 pound box or 4 cups of powdered sugar
2/3 cube of butter
1/4 cup milk (I always use a little extra milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
