Welcome 2nd Semester Students
I want to welcome all of my new students and their families to this site. We have just finished our first week of our Spring semester!
We have been studying Kitchen and Food Safety and students will be taking a Safety Test next week, which they will need to pass with an 85% or better in order to cook.
Periods 1,2 & 3 will take the Safety Test on Wednesday, 1/23 and Period 4 on 1/25. Once we finish with the Safety Test, we will be moving on to Kitchen Equipment, Abbreviations and Equivalents and Measuring and then onto our first cooking lab on 1/31 and 2/1!!
